Study on algebraic fiber spaces and their anti-canonical divisors.
The concept of F-algebra and its representation can be extended to an arbitrary bundle. We define operations of fibered F-algebra in fiber. The paper presents the representation theory of of fibered F-algebra as well as a comparison of representation of F-algebra and of representation of fibered F-algebra.
In early 1930s Seifert and Threlfall classified up to conjugacy the finite subgroups of , this gives an algebraic classification of orientable spherical 3-orbifolds. For the most part, spherical 3-orbifolds are Seifert fibered. The underlying topological space and singular set of non-fibered spherical 3…
In this note we show that if a compact Kahler manifold with trivial canonical bundle is the total space of a holomorphic fibration without singular fibers, then the fibration is a holomorphic fiber bundle. In the algebraic case, the fibration becomes trivial after a finite base change.
This work is a contribution to the area of Strict Quantization (in the sense of Rieffel) in the presence of curvature and non-Abelian group actions. More precisely, we use geometry to obtain explicit oscillatory integral formulae for strongly invariant strict deformation quantizations of a class of solvable symplectic …
I construct an algebraic model for a typical fiber on a 1+1 dimensional spacetime. The vector space comprising the fiber is composed of elements formed from the direct product of two copies of an element x in the D2=C2xC2 finite group algebra over the real numbers. The fiber contains subspaces whose elements are associ…
Reidemeister torsion is algebraic for most 3-manifolds.
Survey on algebraic fibers of group extensions and their finiteness properties.
We define a differential graded algebra associated to Legendrian knots in Seifert fibered spaces with transverse contact structures. This construction is distinguished from other combinatorial realizations of contact homology invariants by the existence of orbifold points in the Reeb orbit space of the contact manifold…
We prove similar theorems concerning the structure of bundles involving complements of fiber-type hyperplane arrangements and orbit configuration spaces. These results facilitate analysis of the fundamental groups of these spaces, which may be viewed as generalizations of the Artin pure braid group. In particular, we r…

The paper studies curvature of geometric objects related to sheaves and line bundles.
The paper proves conditions for self-covering manifolds to be fiber bundles over a circle.
We introduce two -theories, one for vector bundles whose fibers are modules of vertex operator algebras, another for vector bundles whose fibers are modules of associative algebras. We verify the cohomological properties of these -theories, and construct a natural homomorphism from the VOA K-theory to the associa…
Fibers of abelian varieties over curves can be approximated algebraically.
In 1995 D. Joyce explicitly constructed a series of self-dual metrics with torus action on the connected sums of complex projective planes. In this paper we explicitly construct the twistor spaces of some of Joyce's self-dual metrics. Starting from a fiber space whose fibers are compact singular toric surfaces, we appl…
Extends differential calculus to triole algebras.
Study shows algebraic nature of manifold submetries on compact spaces.
The homotopy fiber of the inclusion from the long embedding space to the long immersion space is known to be an iterated based loop space (if the codimension is greater than two). In this paper we deloop the homotopy fiber to obtain the topological Stiefel manifold, combining results of Lashof and of Lees. We also give…
New groups found that don't virtually algebraically fiber, related to mapping class group orbits.
Lie algebras of smooth sections are Lie algebras obtained from bundles of Lie algebras, where the latter are vector bundles of which the fibers are Lie algebras. We also consider the -sections for . This paper studies the derivations, the centroid and the isomorphisms of such Lie a…

This paper studies algebraic fibrations in hyperbolic 4-manifolds.
For a Poincare duality space X and a map X -> B, consider the homotopy fiber product X x^B X. If X is orientable with respect to a multiplicative cohomology theory E, then, after suitably regrading, it is shown that the E-homology of X x^B X has the structure of a graded associative algebra. When X -> B is the diagonal…
Homological blocks match Witten-Reshetikhin-Turaev invariants for Seifert fibered 3-spheres.
We construct universal geometric spaces over the real spectrum compactification of the character variety of a finitely generated group in , providing geometric interpretations of boundary points. For an algebraic set on which acts by …
We construct an algebra of smooth functions over the tangent groupoid associated to any Lie groupoid. This algebra is a field of algebras over the closed interval [0, 1] which fiber at zero is the algebra of Schwartz functions over the Lie algebroid, whereas any fiber out of zero is the convolution algebra of the initi…
We prove the index theorem for elliptic operators acting on sections of bundles where fiber is equal to a projective module over a C*-algebra, in the situation of action of a compact Lie group on this algebra as well as on the total space commuting with symbol. As an application the equivariant index theorem for famili…
A closer look at an example introduced by Livingston & Melvin and later studied by Miyazaki shows that a plumbing of two fibered ribbon knots (along their fiber surfaces) may be algebraically slice yet not ribbon.
Study examines linear Poisson structures tied to W*-algebras.
New generalization of knot Floer homology rank conjecture.
From a fibered link in the 3-sphere may be constructed a field of not everywhere tangent 2-planes; when the fibered link is the link of an isolated critical point of a map from 4-space to the plane, the plane field is essentially the field of kernels of the derivative of the map. Homotopically, such a plane field deter…
We solve a long-standing question about the monodromy of certain complex surfaces.
New calculus framework for vector bundles with metrics.
Let be a smooth manifold, the space of polynomial on fibers functions on (i.e., of symmetric contravariant tensor fields). We compute the first cohomology space of the Lie algebra, , of vector fields on with coefficients in the space of linear differential operators on . This co…
We prove that the Witten-Reshetikhin-Turaev (WRT) SO(3) invariant of an arbitrary 3-manifold M is always an algebraic integer. Moreover, we give a rational surgery formula for the unified invariant dominating WRT SO(3) invariants of rational homology 3-spheres at roots of unity of order co-prime with the torsion. As an…
The study shows how energy density of harmonic maps dominates in -Fuchsian fibers, leading to unique minimal surfaces.
It is shown that there exists a twistor space on the -fold connected sum of complex projective planes , whose algebraic dimension is one and whose general fiber of the algebraic reduction is birational to an elliptic ruled surface or a K3 surface. The former kind of twistor spaces are constructed ove…
In this paper, we derive the family switching formula of -n two-sphere fiber bundle embedded in a smooth four-manifold fiber bundle. In the smooth category, it is a partial generalization of Fintushel-Stern's argument for four-manifolds. We also derive an algebraic analogue of the family switching formula, allowing the…
